Gentle Yoga

Need a little quiet time to rejuvenate yourself? Need to stretch? Feel refreshed, and get a work out with Yoga for Relaxation. Meditation, or quiet time has been proven by doctors to lower blood pressure, and allows the mind to rest, thereby allowing it to actually be more creative.

Gentle, safe stretches are introduced in the class. If you have a particular ache or pain, those can be addressed on an individual basis. Come have fun. Feel good about yourself and your body! This class may be offered opposite your child's dance class - check out the schedule for those days and times.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion

The Pilates Method of body conditioning and the ancient art of Yoga unite to train the body and mind to work together toward the goal of overall fitness.

Pilates strengthens and tones core muscles and smaller muscle groups. Yoga improves posture, flexibility and balance. Feel stronger and more relaxed with the combination of these two amazing methods.
